This is your chance to work one-on-one or in small groups with your coach to challenge yourself to meet your goals! Personal training sessions are tailored to each client’s goals. There are two types:

technical training

Work on boxing basics, or progress to advanced or competitive skill levels by working closely with one of TNT’s boxing coaches. This is also a great way to help members feel more comfortable in class environments by helping them progress through boxing fundamentals more quickly. For those looking to get into the ring to spar or even one day compete this is the best approach as you’ll receive the individual attention all boxers need. Whether looking to go all the in the amateurs or pros or simply having that one fight (no matter your age), nothing will beat having your own coach guide you every step of the way.

fitness training

Get a complete full-body workout and learn to punch (properly) and move like a boxer without the fear of getting hit! TNT coaches have developed their own specific programs for Fitness, so whether you want only a “cardio” based boxing workout to supplement your current workout routine or have a mix of both fitness boxing and strength work, we have the program for you.
